Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Introduction
IntimateLabel ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting the privacy of our creator partners and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage our services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit a product inquiry, contact us, or communicate with our team. This may include: name or alias, email address, optional platform handles and URLs, product requirements, project path, sample budget, estimated quantity, contact preference, private account messages, attribution data such as referral source, and any other information you choose to provide. Private messages are stored in your account conversation so authorized IntimateLabel staff can respond; we do not use them for advertising resale. We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed by our third-party payment processors.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: evaluate partnership applications, communicate with you about your application and partnership, provide and improve our services, process transactions and send related information, send administrative information, and comply with legal obligations. When our team replies in the private message center, the reply is stored in your account and sent to your registered email through our configured mail service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Anonymous Website Analytics
We use privacy-focused, aggregate website analytics to understand page visits and inquiry conversion. These records do not include IP addresses, email addresses, URL query strings, full referrer URLs, cookies, or persistent device fingerprints. We use a random identifier held only for the current browser session to distinguish aggregate sessions from repeated page views.
5. Creator Privacy & NDA
All creator partnerships are governed by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to any collaboration. Your identity, platform details, body mold data (where applicable), and business terms are treated as strictly confidential. We maintain internal access controls ensuring only essential personnel can access creator-specific data.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. GDPR Rights (EU Residents)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict processing of your data, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@intimatelabel.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. CCPA Rights (California Residents)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
